Why I started my business?

I have established ‘Project and Contract Support Services’ (“PCSS”) due to the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown. Which caused adverse impact on building projects across Australia. PCSS was established in March 2020 in Perth, Australia.

I provide a freelance commercial support platform for my clients (builders, property developers, sub-contractors and owner builders).

As an experienced contract administrator and registered builder with over 15+ years of Australian and international experience across a diverse range of building, construction and infrastructure projects. I have worked for tier 1 and tier 2 contractors in Australian and overseas, in various complex and challenging projects, gaining a solid commercial foundation on the management of projects.

How can I help you?

I will be an additional resource to your project, I will provide my expertise to manage your project from inception to completion. I am able to draft and manage your subcontracts, assess claims, submit progress claims and variations. Draft contractual notices, review commercial documentations. Manage your extension of time and notice of delay registers etc.

Is this service private and confidential?

My services are built on trust. My services are strictly confidential and private to all my clients. All commercial contracts and documentations are stored in secure storage, and not accessible to anyone else but myself. All company policies, procedures, notices, registers, templates, suppliers’ details, sub-contractor’s details, vendors, prices, schedules, construction program, plans, specifications, trade secrets and all other information are destroyed upon completion of your project or upon your instruction.

No information pertaining to your project is shared or discussed with anyone else.

Where do I work from?

I work from my office in Perth, Western Australia. I will communicate with you through phone, email and have access to skype, zoom and other platforms. I also participate in meetings via video conferencing sessions.

How much does it cost?

There are no initial costs. As a freelancer contract administrator, I charge for the hours that I have performed on the project. With no pressure or commitment for full time employment, and I can provide my services anytime, and when required.

Do you have a project that I can help you?

I provide a free initial 30 min appointment to discuss your project specifics in detail. Once we have a better understanding of your project requirements, I can then commence work on your project when required.
